We offer Free Shipping within New Zealand on orders over $150 to non-rural address's.

- Rural addresses
- Bulky Items (Frozen Fridge/Freezers, Decoys, Etc)
- Certain Liquid products (E.g. Leder Tanning Kit)
Please note that multiple quantities of bulk sized items such as safes, chiller boxes and decoys may be subject to additional freight charges. We will contact you if there are any additional costs.

We can not deliver all items to PO Boxes within New Zealand
Delivery Times
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 workings day of receipt of order to the address advised by you in your order. You will receive an email with tracking details of the package once the item has been dispatched.

Shipping Policy
Signature Required
NOTICE: Our standard shipping is non signature required for delivery. Please add a note into your order cart if you would like a signature to be obtained for delivery. Please note that signature delivery is not an option for rural addresses.
*Unseen deliveries and damaged parcels/product must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery or a courier claim may be invalid.
*Outdoorshop will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages delivered at the specified address given to us.
*Outdoorshop will not be responsible for undeliverable packages by means of incorrectly given delivery addresses or undeliverable electronic shipping notices by means of incorrect email or SPAM folder designations. We encourage you to please ensure your personal information given to us is correct to help avoid any further complications.
Delivery Times
Any delivery times provided by Outdoor Shop are estimates only. Outdoor Shop does not accept any liability in any circumstances for any loss or damage suffered as a result of late deliveries. In the event that multiple products are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available for all products and we will make all reasonable attempts to notify you of such. Bulky/Heavy orders will often take longer, so please factor this into any orders for large items.
