The Perun 3 Mini is built around flexibility. Use it as a hands-free headlamp when you are walking, setting up camp or working on a task, then release the light from its bracket when a compact right-angle handheld light makes more sense. The magnetic tail adds another option by holding the light against suitable iron surfaces, which is useful when you need both hands free without wearing the headband.

White and red LEDs cover different lighting needs within the same unit. The white light reaches a stated maximum of 1250 lumens with a beam distance of up to 155m (508ft), while separate red low, red high and red SOS modes provide lower-impact illumination and emergency signalling. The supplied rechargeable 650mAh 3.6V 16340 lithium-ion battery connects to the MCC1A magnetic charging cable at the tail of the light.

At 64.3mm (2.53in) long and 54g (1.90oz) including the battery, the Perun 3 Mini keeps the complete setup compact. Its aluminium alloy body, stainless steel button and IPX8 waterproof rating support outdoor and work use, while the upgraded breathable headband is stated to be 25 percent lighter and includes reflective detailing for greater visibility after dark.
