The Havalon Talon Filleting Knife Set gives you a flexible cutlery setup for fishing, filleting, and meat preparation. Instead of carrying separate fixed blades for every job, the Talon uses Havalon's Quik-Change II Interchangeable Cutlery System so compatible Talon blades can be changed with the press of a button.

That internal locking system is designed to hold the blade without taking away usable cutting area. The set includes two 7 inch fillet blades, one 5 inch fillet blade, and one 3.5 inch semi-serrated blade, giving you a useful spread for fish preparation and general processing tasks.

Clean-up has been considered too. The removable back panel helps after filleting or processing, and the rugged nylon roll-pack keeps the blade styles and sizes organised between uses.

NOTE: Talon does not fit Piranta or Baracuta blades.
