CRKT Tuna Folding Knife 3.22 CRKT Tuna Folding Knife 3.22
CRKT Tuna Folding Knife 3.22"

Built like a Bluefin. With a profile that suggests strong forward momentum and a blade shape that looks like a deep-sea carnivore, the CRKT Tuna™ everyday carry folding knife slices through packages and boxes faster than a Bluefin slices through the swell on a taut line.

Lucas Burnley was inspired by his newfound backyard when he sat down to sketch the Tuna™. Freshly settled in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, he designed the deep-belly drop point blade to be extremely versatile while mimicking the look of the powerful Bluefin tuna that roams the Atlantic. It’s met with a super grippy handle with G10 on the front and stainless steel on the back that excels in adverse conditions. The handle is set off with a bronze anodized pivot ring and backspacer. Deployed with a thumb stud, the blade stays securely in place with a frame lock.

Get the power of one of the world’s largest, fastest fish in your pocket.

CRKT Septimo Tactical Folding Knife CRKT Septimo Tactical Folding Knife
CRKT Septimo Tactical Folding Knife

The Septimo™ tactical folder was designed by a seasoned Green Beret to be more than a knife—he forged it of experience and created it to serve as a lifeline. CRKT's unique Veff Serration™ pairs with a powerful design to act as a strap cutter and utility knife. Serving 14 years as an American hero culminated in this deployment-prepared powerhouse.

Jeremy Valdez of Tampa, Florida brings combat experience and time serving in the 7th Special Forces Group to the aptly named Septimo™; a tribute meaning “seventh” in Spanish. The main motivation for this design arises from his 2009 deployment to Afghanistan. During combat operations, Jeremy was involved in a helicopter crash. In the chaotic aftermath, the small folder he had failed to perform when he was cutting straps and moving debris while pulling fellow soldiers out of the burning, tangled chopper wreckage.

Duty to his fallen comrades and brothers and sisters in arms drove him to design the Septimo™ with a quick flipper opening, a desert-proof black oxide finish, and friction points on the handles to help deal with inclement conditions. It was given a single Veff Serration™ for impressively effective strap cutting ability.

He finished off the look with a pivot point designed to mirror a six shooter revolver cylinder and a burly attachment clip built to survive hectic conditions.

Some are born of novelty. The Septimo™ is born of purpose.

Mercator Knife Carbon Steel Folding Red 9cm Blade

For more than 100 years the Mercator knife has been produced in Solingen almost unchanged. This Solingen original was first produced in the knife and blade forge "Mercator" Indiawerk Heinrich Kaufmann & Söhne. Even though it was not designed as an army knife, the army of Kaiser Wilhelm quickly learned to appreciate the qualities of the Mercator. The name "Kaiser Wilhelm Messer" originates from this time. As it is almost indestructible, the Mercator knife was passed on from generation to generation in the past. This is also how it made the leap into the present day.

Since 1995 this robust pocket knife has been produced by OTTER-Messer in Solingen. Its shape has remained the same until today, as well as its qualities with which it distinguishes itself in everyday life: reliability, robustness and handiness. In addition to the traditional shapes of the Mercator knife, you will also find some new models which stand out in colour but still retain their classic silhouette.

Simple, functional and robust — the Mercator knife has offered these benefits for over 100 years. Even though it wasn't designed to be an army knife, it quickly gained acceptance in Emperor William's army. This was also the time that created the name "Emperor William Knife". Cold Steel Crawford Model 1 Folding Knife: 3.5
Cold Steel Crawford Model 1 Folding Knife: 3.5"

Wes Crawford, the custom knife maker, has been a friend of Cold Steel for years, so they were happy to collaborate with him on the creation of an inexpensive version of one of his pricey custom “flippers”. The result was Cold Steel's new Crawford Model 1.

Strongly resembling Wes’s custom knife, the blade features a wide saber grind and a strong, sharp point with plenty of belly for cutting and slashing. It’s made from Japanese 4034 Stainless and is hollow ground to a thin, razor edge that will cut at the slightest touch. And, because Wes’s “flipper” is integrated into the tang, it can be opened lightning fast!

The handle of the Crawford Model 1 mimics Wes’s original’s profile and silhouette but is made from a strong (yet economical), glass reinforced nylon that includes traction rubber inlays, and a low-profile pocket clip. To keep your fingers safe from potential harm, Cold Steel has equipped the Crawford 1 with their leaf spring lock, and a (patent pending) secondary safety mechanism that, when engaged is extremely resistant to shock and impact.

CRKT Piet Lightweight Everyday Use Folding Knife

Ready for the Rose City. Designer Jesper Voxnaes is far from the only artist to be inspired by the quirkiness that is Portland, Oregon. But he’s certainly the first to create an everyday carry folding knife so slim, lightweight, and perfectly suited for the city.

Typically, Jesper designs his custom creations in his shop in Loegstrup, Denmark. The Piet™ /peet/, though, was first sketched in Portland International Airport on the heels of his first-ever visit to the city. With a satin finish and a flat grind, the drop point blade is tough yet lightweight, it’ll fly under the radar until it’s time to do damage to some packaging. It’s perfectly balanced by a compact yet highly ergonomic glass-reinforced nylon handle and a deep-carry clip that makes it barely noticeable in the pocket of work pants. The blade deploys quickly with an oversized thumb hole and is held securely in place with a locking liner.

Bike, backpack, Piet™ and you’re off to work.
