The perfect interplay of scope, hunter and rifle are paramount for a successful hunt. When getting on target, the image produced by the riflescope is a decisive factor. It is exactly here, where the Fast Target Acquisition (FTA) plays out its strengths: Spending a lot of time positioning your eye behind your riflescope is now a thing of the past.

And this is how it works: The optical design of those MINOX riflescopes featuring FTA has reduced vignetting to an absolute minimum. This not only ensures an exceptionally bright and sharp image all the way to the outer edges of the field of view, but also increases the size of the exit pupil. This allows you to quickly align your eye with your riflescope and inside the exit pupil. The result: The FTA gets you fast on target for a safe and accurate shot.

Automatic Deactivation

When putting your rifle aside, the innovative glass fiber reticle automatically switches off thanks to its integrated position sensors. This significantly increases battery life. Should the battery become empty, the battery compartment contains a second battery, which can be changed on the spot without loss of time.

In order to avoid inadvertent deactivation of the illumination, the sensors only react when the scope is moved by more than 75° to an upright position and 45° sideways.

The RV 1 is a red dot sight enclosed in a robust compact housing and is particularly suitable for driven hunts.

Being fast and successful when it matters. Without a defined eye distance, the target can be detected faster, safer, with both eyes and without disturbing wide frames. This makes the MINOX RV 1 especially suitable for hunting at short distances, as it always offers a full overview.

The clear and fine 2 MOA red dot enables fast and reliable target acquisition. It can be adjusted by means of a dial (no pushbuttons) in 12 levels of brightness, in order to adapt it to the lighting conditions.

Thanks to innovative LED technology, the battery life at medium brightness level is up to 50,000 hours! Thus, the red dot can remain switched on during the entire hunt without any problems, in anticipation of the quick shot.

The ZE5.2 series provides maximum flexibility and precision for short and long-distance shooting thanks to MINOX’s Fast Target Acquisition (FTA) system that provides a greatly improved ease of view with its enlarged eyepiece. The ZE5.2 series riflescopes take advantage of an innovative glass fiber reticle in the second image plane with a homogeneously luminous circular dot that can be adjusted to any hunting situation during the day or at night. The FTA position sensor ensures an automatic shutdown of the reticle and the automatic timer deactivates the reticle illumination after 2 hours.
